Jodie Covington was born in South Dakota and raised in Ohio. Jodie’s family moved to Florida when she was 14. Jodie graduated from Mt. Dora High School and attended Lake Sumter Community College. Jodie started her career when she went to work for Dr. Joan Lenze in 1976. Jodie received all her certifications from University of Florida!
Jodie’s husband James is a farrier and they have four children – Tara, Chace, Brooke, and Dustin. Jodie also has 9 beautiful grandchildren! In Jodie’s spare time she is a cattle rancher with the help of their son and daughter-in-law!
I have enjoyed 34 ½ years dental assisting here and watched so many of our patients grow up, have kids and bring them into our office. We have a wonderful family practice and a great group of girls working here. I look forward to continuing the quality work and friendly atmosphere that we strive to provide our patients!
